Everything from the cute tea to the amazing staff's attentive help was perfect. The ambiance plus the delicate fragrance in the hall added a touch of elegance to my stay. I loved the little details.

I found the staff helpful. vivian arranged transportation to the train station for me. the hotel stored my bags while i sailed on halong bay. upon my return, they offered shower facilities and complimentary juices. i appreciated these thoughtful touches. Everything was perfectly arranged.
The breakfast area could use a little refresh. It felt a bit sparse.

I found the breakfast quite disappointing. The selection was limited and the quality was not what I expected for the price I paid. The bread seemed a few days old, and I was told it was fresh. the pool was much smaller than it was in the pictures. it felt more like a three-star hotel trying to pass as a five-star one.
